Delivery & Return Policy
NUZUL FIKRIE BIN SALAM (202403321561 (KT0581196-A)) provides digital software development services only. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so there are no shipping fees or courier deliveries. This policy explains how work is delivered to you and what happens if it is not right.
1. How work is delivered
Depending on the project, deliverables are provided electronically by:
- Source code repository: access to, or transfer of, a Git repository (for example GitHub) containing the project code.
- Deployment: installing the work on your hosting, server, cloud account or app store listing, or on hosting we agree in the quotation.
- Files: documents, designs, builds or exports sent by email or a secure cloud storage link.
We notify you by email when each deliverable or milestone is ready for review.
2. Delivery timelines
- Estimated timelines are set out in the quotation for each project.
- Work starts once the deposit is received and we have the content, access and information needed to begin.
- Timelines are estimates. They may move if feedback, content or approvals arrive late, or if the scope changes. We will tell you as early as possible about any delay.
3. Review and revisions
- Each milestone includes up to 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope, unless the quotation says otherwise.
- Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any work is done.
4. Acceptance
- You have 7 days from delivery to review each milestone and either accept it or send us a written list of issues.
- A milestone is deemed accepted if we receive no written feedback within that period, or once you start using it in production.
- Defects reported within 30 days of final acceptance that are caused by our work are fixed at no extra charge.
5. Returns
Because our work is digital and custom-made, it cannot be physically returned. If a deliverable does not meet the agreed specification, we will first correct it through revisions or defect fixes. If we cannot, you may be entitled to a refund under our Refund Policy.
6. Cancellation
- You may cancel a project at any time by notifying us in writing.
- On cancellation, you pay for work completed up to the cancellation date and any non-refundable third-party costs. Refunds of any balance follow our Refund Policy.
- We will hand over all completed work that has been paid for.
- We may cancel a project if invoices remain unpaid or the project cannot proceed for reasons outside our control. In that case, you are refunded for any prepaid work not yet delivered.
7. Ownership and handover
Ownership of the project deliverables passes to you once all invoices for the project are paid in full, unless the quotation states otherwise. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licences.
